The value for money was great and the room was comfortable with soft beds and pillows. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the park entrance, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff, especially Wally, were incredibly helpful and gave great advice for exploring the park. Plus, the facilities were clean and in great condition.

The breakfast selection could be improved by offering an option within the hotel.

Wally House青山惠风民宿 is a newly built hotel with spacious and clean rooms. The location is perfect, just minutes away from Yuanjiajie and nestled in a charming area near the beautiful Zhangjiajie mountains.

The room with a shower was lovely, the bed was very comfortable, and the hotel's location was perfect for visiting the National Park.

My recent stay at Wally House was simply outstanding. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the national park entrance. The room itself was spacious and beautifully designed, providing a zen-like ambiance. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the AC was whisper-quiet, allowing for a peaceful atmosphere. What truly made my stay memorable was the superb service provided by the host. Despite the language barrier, he went above and beyond to assist me, offering valuable information about local attractions and even helping me purchase tickets at a discounted price. The added touch of a friendly labrador greeting me upon my return was a delightful bonus. I highly recommend Wally House for its exceptional service, perfect location, and comfortable accommodations.

This hotel in Zhangjiajie proved to be a hidden gem on our trip. The owner, Wally, went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. From providing a detailed itinerary and recommendations, to personally walking us to the pharmacy when we needed medication, his attention to detail and care for our experience was exceptional. The bed was extremely comfortable, unlike the typical hard Chinese beds found in other hotels. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the necessary amenities like a kettle and a good shower. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the park entrance and surrounded by plenty of eating options. The hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way.

No complaints, everything was perfect.

During my stay, I was impressed by the stylish and clean hotel. The attentive staff made me feel well taken care of. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the scenic area and plenty of small restaurants nearby. The fact that there were coffee shops within a five-minute walk was a nice bonus, as I enjoy starting my day with a good cup of coffee. the hotel provided a highly convenient and enjoyable experience.

There were a couple of aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy. the room I stayed in did not meet my expectations as it had two full mattresses on the floor, leaving no space for tables or chairs.

We had an amazing stay at a guesthouse in the heart of the beautiful national park. The host was incredibly friendly, providing us with a detailed itinerary and free map to make the most of our 4 days in the park. The bed was comfortable and the linen and pillows were soft. The bathroom was spotless with a great showerhead and plenty of hot water. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. We loved the cute doggy, and the location was just a few minutes walk from the park entrance. There were plenty of places to eat and grocery stores nearby too.
